A true story about a life well lived used.

Meet Sergio

Since his early years living on the streets and boxing to survive in Tijuana, Mexico, Sergio has given his life to one of the most shunned cities in the world and has done it with a lightness and a sense of humor.

Having built thousands of homes for the poor, orphanages, homes for the dying, drug rehabilitation centers, and more... Sergio, at 84 years old, has a legacy and faith the world is craving.

Our Vision

We are creating a feature-length documentary film called SERGIO.

SERGIO will move you in profound ways.
SERGIO will make you laugh.
SERGIO will entertain you.
SERGIO will inspire you to live a life well lived … well used.

Your partnership in this film project will create a poignant tribute to Sergio Gomez's remarkable life and inspiration that touches the souls of people worldwide, spreading joy to his spirit and a smile on his face. For over 60 years, Sergio worked tirelessly in Tijuana, yet his story remained untold, and we are passionately committed to sharing it with the world.

It’s our hope and anticipation that this film will not only shine a spotlight on the awe-inspiring work that Sergio and his family tirelessly carry out in Tijuana, but also serve as a powerful tool in raising crucial funds, allowing them to continue to expand upon the legacy that Sergio has selflessly created. Let this film be a beacon of awareness and a catalyst for change, touching hearts and an inspiration across the globe.

The Impact of this Film

Inspire audiences to serve the poor with joy

We’ve experienced first-hand the joy and the laughter that Sergio brings to his life’s work of serving those around him. And just like us… audiences will fall in love with Sergio and his contagious humor, but we also believe they will come away wanting to serve those in their communities in new, practical ways.

Establishing the legacy of Sergio

The film will become a resource for raising awareness for the vital work they continue to do plus it has great potential to draw in donations and funding partnerships that they will need to sustain the work for the next 60 years ... or more!

Welcome new types of audiences

Although this story is inspirational in nature, this film will entertain audiences-plain and simple. Because of the incredible team working on the project, we are confident that we can welcome brand new audiences that typically wouldn’t watch a story like Sergios. We believe this story has the ability to inspire and entertain as much as any theatrically released feature film.

TV Series Proof of Concept

Create a powerful ‘proof of concept’ for a dramatic, narrative-style global TV series. Think of the influence the series Ted Lasso has had globally. This series has whet an entire globe’s appetite for positive, heart-warming, comedic drama. We believe we have the next ‘Ted Lasso’ … he just happens to be 84 years old and lives in Tijuana.

Why Give?

We believe Sergio’s story will impact the way people see their faith and the way people use their lives. The world is hungry for stories of hope and generosity - and Sergio’s story does just that. Would you consider partnering with us in raising the necessary funds to create an inspiring film that will reach the masses?

Why Now?

The world needs a story like Sergio’s, but Sergio is 84 years old and time is of the essence. We want to tell his story while he is full of energy and life. The time is now!

Financial Need

Creating a compelling, beautiful, and first-class documentary will take the necessary finances. Costs in a documentary like this include Pre-Production planning, filming the story in Mexico, editing, music, color, and ultimately marketing and distributing the film.
